Rather than fermenting grain, we ferment lemons produced from our own farm to produce the alcohol, which we then double distill with a Brazilian strain of juniper berry. This means that it’s lemon fermented instead of lemon infused, with the fruit forming the very foundation of the spirit.
As a result, Primos Gin’s lemon flavour is intrinsic, rather than simply layered on top. Expect subtle aromas of spicy juniper and fresh citrus zest, with a dry finish.
